We’re proud to announce the official launch of Chrome Health, a new allied health provider with a bold mission: to deliver healthcare that is inclusive, affirming, and flexible for the people it serves.
Chrome Health was founded by Storm Hassett, Practice Director, who has lived the experience of feeling unseen and unsupported within traditional healthcare systems. “Chrome Health wasn’t built from a good experience, but rather from the absence of one,” says Hassett. “We know what it’s like to be turned away, to feel unseen and misunderstood. So, we decided to be the ones to open the door.”
The name Chrome Health was chosen to symbolise resilience and strength. Like chrome metal, it represents durability, reflection, and the ability to shine even under pressure. At its heart, Chrome Health reflects back the strength and worth of its clients, empowering them to see their own value.
Our Approach
Chrome Health offers a survivor-led, clinically accountable, and collaborative model of care. Our team includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and behavioural support practitioners who provide services without assumptions or one-size-fits-all approaches.
Services are designed to meet people where they are—both emotionally and physically—through flexible mobile and online appointments. Care is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and person-led, ensuring clients feel supported in ways that respect their identities, goals, and unique ways of navigating the world.
